Who am I?
When I started my first year at university, I had no clue how I was going to break into football. The industry felt gated and closed off, and I didn’t know where to begin. How was I supposed to gain experience, network, and stand out in such a competitive field?
That all changed when I found a mentor. They taught me how to network and got my foot in the door with professional clubs. I learned how to leverage platforms like LinkedIn, and that’s when things really took off.
Suddenly, I was being invited to Premier League clubs, expanding my network in ways I couldn’t have imagined. While still at university, I gained two years of experience working with football clubs, making myself employable before even graduating.
I realised that having a mentor is vital. Someone who’s already done what you want to do can show you the way—what works, what doesn’t, and how to reach your goals faster.
Now, I’m so passionate about helping students just like I was—students who have spent thousands on a sports degree but don’t know how to break into professional football. I love helping people and this journey into football is fairly lonely, let us help you!

How much time do I have to commit?
There is no strict time limit on this. This is not a program you need to complete by X with exams at the end.
The more time you put in, you more you get out. Most students complete the video content within a few weeks & then we implement the plan we outline for you through weekly co-working calls ( which are uploaded to the platform) & weekly check-ins.
This will not clash with your studies or other commitments, however it is vital that you are serious about working in football & are willing to put the work in.
I am in 1st/2nd year at university, is it too early for me to join?
This is the perfect time! We love to work with students who are in 1st year because they have years to implement our action steps and by the time they graduate university they are miles ahead of their competition.
If you leave this till after you graduate it will be very hard to get that first full-time role within football.
